Printing Instructions;
Windows IE 11; Click on the browser gear wheel (top right) select the print option from the menu OR right click in the page and select print from the menu.
Windows Firefox; click the browser menu button top right, select print from the menu, select printer.
Windows Chrome; click the pdf header menu print icon, select printer.
iPAD; On the menu bar click the menu icon (box with an arrow leaving it) from the menu scroll across the bottom panel to reveal the print option, select a printer from the list and print.
iPHONE; On the menu bar click the menu icon (box with an arrow leaving it) from the menu scroll across the bottom panel to reveal the print option, select a printer from the list and print.
Android kitkat and later; Install the Google Cloud Print and compatible PDF reader apps, turn on the cloud printing option in your settings. You will also need to set-up a google cloud print compatible printer. Download the pdf (its likely this will go into the downloads folder). Open the downloaded file with the pdf reader and tab the menu option select print.
Mac; mouse over the bottom of the window, wait for the overlay menu, click on the open in Preview and download option, the PDF will open is the Preview app from which you can print. The Safari file and print option may work; however if you have just about any Adobe product it is likely you also have Adobe PDF browser plug-in which causes many problems including blocking direct printing, the offending file is called AdobePDF and lives in the HD/Library/InternetPlug-Ins
Linux Firefox; click the browser menu button top right, select print from the menu, select printer.
Linux Chromium; mouse over the page and click the printer option in the displayed overlay, OR click the menu button top right and select print.
